Nimble’s Solution

Nimble provided vital Business Analyst resources to augment SBG’s delivery and product capabilities. Our business analysts played a crucial role in over 20 initiatives across 3 teams, conducting thorough feasibility and value assessments for proposed projects. This approach enabled SBG to focus on the most valuable projects, optimising investment and resources.

Our Business Analysts spearheaded the discovery phase, and once an initiative was greenlit we got to work, ensuring stakeholder engagement, capturing key requirements, and preparing delivery squads for effective project delivery.
