Today, we’re pleased to introduce nimbleWell – a new wellbeing programme designed to support our people in how they work and feel every day.
Wellbeing has always mattered to us. Across the business, we already offer a range of support – from colleague resources to trained mental health first aiders. What nimbleWell does is bring all of this together into one clear, connected approach. It makes it easier to access the right support at the right time, while also giving everyone the opportunity to shape what comes next.
A framework built around what matters most
At its core, nimbleWell is guided by four key pillars that reflect our shared values:
- Balance: Creating sustainable ways of working
- Vitality: Supporting our physical energy and health
- Connection: Building meaningful relationships
- Growth: Making space for learning and mental clarity
These aren’t new ideas – but this programme brings them to life in a more intentional and visible way.
Making wellbeing part of everyday work
nimbleWell is designed to fit naturally into the working day. Rather than adding to workloads, it focuses on small, practical actions that can be easily woven into existing routines.
Throughout the year, the programme will follow a simple rhythm, with different areas of wellbeing coming into focus across mind, body, and connection. This will include a mix of shared moments, tools, and guidance – all designed to be flexible, accessible, and relevant to different roles, working styles, and needs.
Built together, for everyone
A key part of nimbleWell is ensuring that wellbeing is shaped by the people it supports.
Alongside the resources already in place, the programme creates more opportunities for colleagues to share feedback, contribute ideas, and influence how wellbeing continues to evolve.
This focus on shaping wellbeing together is at the heart of what nimbleWell is all about.
As Robyn Waugh, our People Experience Lead, puts it: “To me, nimbleWell is about creating the support, clarity, and confidence our people need to shine. Bringing this to life within our culture is energising, because it proves what’s possible when wellbeing becomes something we share and protect together. With nimbleWell, we’re connecting our values, our ways of working, and our aspirations for the future, and that connection is where meaningful change begins. I truly believe people thrive when they feel understood and equipped to succeed, and that’s why I’m so passionate about nimbleWell: it lays the foundation for everyone to flourish.”
The role we all play
Creating a positive and sustainable approach to wellbeing is a shared responsibility across Nimble:
- As a company, we provide the foundations – including access to professional support and trained mental health first aiders – so help is available when it’s needed.
- As leaders and teams, we create the conditions for wellbeing through regular conversations, supportive environments, and by encouraging healthy ways of working.
- As individuals, we each play a role by engaging with the support available and contributing to a culture where colleagues feel respected and supported.
Together, these actions help create an environment where people feel connected, supported, and able to perform at their best.
A shared approach
nimbleWell isn’t about introducing something entirely new. It’s about bringing greater clarity, consistency, and visibility to the support that already exists.
Like any meaningful change, its impact will be felt in the day-to-day – in small moments, in conversations, and in how we support one another. It’s something we’ll continue to shape together, ensuring it remains relevant, accessible, and grounded in what our people need.
