If you work in an agile environment, and are now working remotely due to the lockdown, it can be a little daunting, and perhaps a bit bewildering as to how you can possibly keep things agile when you can’t physically get together with your team, and keep things moving across your physical board.
Agile. Scrum. Sprints. Retro’s. Time-boxes… When I first joined Nimble all I could see were question marks when phrases like these were thrown around

I’s absolutely no secret that Andrew started what was an interim role with Nimble.
At the start of the year, we met up with the software team at award-winning, Manchester-based consultancy Shield Safety Group. For those of you who don't know Shield Safety, they are one of the UK’s leading providers of Food, Fire, and Health & Safety services and software, providing businesses of all shapes and sizes with software and support to manage the complexity of compliance responsibilities.
So.... just short of a year and I'm leaving the Home Office. It's been a really fun, challenging and incredibly productive journey, growing a start up from scratch in the Public Sector.
